Every year, Her Centre works with around 1,000 women who have experienced abuse. We provide much needed advice and support so they can stay safe and rebuild their lives.
Your donation will enable us to help even more women.
£5
will support a woman to learn English, improving self-reliance and reducing isolation.
£30
will fund a woman having one therapy session with a qualified trauma counsellor.
£100
will cover support for a woman through the court system, or a day’s support in a police station for a woman who has reported being raped or assaulted.
Together, we will enable and empower women to move away from abuse and to move forward with their lives.
Partnerships
We are proud to work in partnership with a large number of Greenwich-based agencies to ensure women receive the local support that they need.
We are part of the Greenwich Equalities Forum with Metro Centre (for the LGBT community), MARAC & Steering Group; we are also members of the Multi-Agency Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG) Forum and we work closely with the Met Police Community Safety Unit.
