The Next Generation: The Impact of Domestic Abuse on Children & Young People!
Our next Open Forum, “Domestic Abuse and Young People”, is on the 19th November 2025 at The Clockhouse Community Centre.
This event will explore how domestic abuse affects young people and the ways professionals, families, and communities can support them. Our speakers will share insights from their work with young people who have experienced or been affected by abuse, and there will be opportunities for open discussion and questions.

A group of talented young artists premiering an original song written especially for this event, exploring the emotions and resilience of young people affected by domestic abuse.

- Subhaluxmi Mukherji: Geographic Lead, Domestic Abuse Commissioner’s Office.
- Deborah Ubee Trust – CYP Team: A mental health and wellbeing charity supporting children, young people, and families.
- Little Fish Theatre: An award-winning theatre company working with young people.
- Dr Emma Katz: Author of Coercive Control in Children’s and Mothers’ Lives.
